RETURN POLICY

Return policy

If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, or the item you received is faulty, damaged, or otherwise not as described on our website, we offer full replacement for up to 3 days from the original receipt date. To claim a replacement, please contact us at [email protected] providing us with your Order Number, reason for your return, and (if applicable) evidence/photos of any product faults. We will be happy to ship you a new item, or refund the price you paid for the product (excluding shipping costs).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging (in a resellable condition). We will review your email and provide you with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) prior to shipping your product back to us. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number (if possible) for all return items, as we are unable to replace items that are damaged due to improper packaging and we are not responsible for lost or damaged products being returned to us.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any customs duty if any are paid by the importer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We ask that you allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund after we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item and assessed that it is in an acceptable condition, we will credit the original payment method according to the processing time of your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within a few business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
